Currently we accept the following payment options:
– Credit Card Payments – We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
– Please note that we no longer accept PayPal or PayPal Financing as a method of payment.
To purchase, just add products to the shopping cart and when you’re ready, proceed to the checkout. After filling out all your information, you can pay securely using your credit card. We use Square Payments as our payment processor, and out store is 100% PCI compliant, meaning we don’t store any credit card or sensitive personal information on our servers.
Also, all payments are encrypted and secure, so you can order with peace of mind. If you are having trouble completing your purchase for some reason, please contact us and we can help you complete your order.
Attention:Any purchase made at our website will show on your Credit Card statement as “RETRO MINI” or “PKZMEDIA”.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please make sure you have the correct address when placing an order on our website. We will only ship to the same address as the billing address on your credit card, to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Also, although there are general guidelines for shipment times, please check the pages for each product for specific shipment times, and contact us if you have any questions.
Products are mostly shipped using USPS, via First Class mail or Priority mail. International orders pay a flat $20 shipping fee. This will in most of the cases not cover the entire shipping fee internationally, however, we feel this is a fair price for shipping. We will cover any of the remaining shipping costs.
Retropie / Raspberry Pi microSD collections are made to order and might take 3 to 7 days after the purchase to be shipped.
Collections or products marked as [PRE-ORDER] might take longer. Please refer to the item description to have an idea when the item ships. If you need more information on Pre-order items, get in touch with us using our contract form.
Physical Retro games, accessories and consoles (excluding Raspberry Pi built-to-order mini consoles) are always in stock and will ship the same or next day after your purchase.
Brand new Raspberry Pi accessories are mostly always on back order and might take 3 to 7 days to be shipped. In some cases, we might have some of these products in stock right now, and in that case they would ship same or next day. When we have product ready to ship immediately, the description will state so.
Raspberry Pi Mini Consoles need to have it’s parts sourced and the system needs to be assembled and tested before shipping. Usually the lead time is 6 to 10 days to ship these systems, however due to supply chain issues, sometimes consoles take up to 30 days to be fully built. if we have all the parts needed in stock, we might ship it earlier. If you need these sooner, or in a particular day for a birthday present, etc, please contact us before ordering to have a glimpse of when the item is expected to ship and if it will arrive on time.
Backup items, like hard drives over 8TB require a lot of file copying and testing (specially RetroBat drives), and might from 30 to 45 days to be prepared. Smaller 1TB, 2TB and 4TB drives will take 6 to 10 days to ship. Again, every single Hard Drive is fully tested before shipment, and the larger the drive, the longer it takes to have it prepared.
During particular busy seasons like Christmas and New Year’s, delivery is not guaranteed on time, specially because we depend on materials to make our products to be in stock in order to be shipped. You will be warned about any possible delays, and can be given the option to cancel your order prior shipping, if you are not happy with the estimated delivery time, for a full refund.
